The Nokia 472285A.203 is an FSES (Flexi System External Overvoltage Protection) unit for the Nokia Flexi Multiradio and AirScale base station platforms. It is an external overvoltage protection device fitted on the DC power feed to the base-station system module, shielding the equipment from surges, lightning transients and overvoltage on the site power line. The FSES ships with the connectors and mounting hardware for cabinet or outdoor installation and forms part of the standard site protection arrangement in Flexi and AirScale deployments. This is the .203 hardware revision.
