The Nortel NTCK43AB is a Meridian 1 Dual PRI ISDN option card, providing two Primary Rate Interface (PRI) ISDN trunk circuits for a Meridian 1/CS1000 PBX, each carrying 30 (E1) or 23 (T1) B-channels plus signalling.

Nortel Meridian 1 and CS1000 systems remain in service across offices, hospitals, universities and public sector sites. Manufacturer support ended with the move to Avaya, so secondary-market cards are now the normal route to keeping one of these switches running with its PRI trunking intact.
