Siemens S30807-K6950-X telecommunications hardware (Hicom/HiPath/OpenScape PBX, SDH transmission) PBX Card / Module

The Siemens S30807-K6950-X is an OCAB (UC Booster Card) for the OpenScape Business X3R, X3W, X5R, X5W and X8 systems. OCAB is the plug-in card that unlocks and supports Siemens’s Unified Communications feature set on the platform, required to run UC Suite for up to 150 users, OpenStage Gate View door-camera monitoring for up to two cameras, and Open Directory Service lookups, and it is also the prerequisite card for connecting external CTI applications over the CSTA interface. Unlike a line, trunk or DSP-capacity card, OCAB gates software feature availability rather than physical connectivity, so a site running these UC features cannot restore them without a working OCAB in place even if every other board in the system is healthy. Genuine Siemens OpenScape Business boards of this kind remain a routine requirement for operators maintaining UC Suite and CSTA integration on established installs.
