The IBM 53P1641 is a 2GB PC2100 DDR-266MHz registered ECC CL2.5 DIMM, 208-pin, 2.5V, cross-referenced against IBM part 3096-9406, used as main storage memory on iSeries and pSeries Power systems of this generation.
