The Alcatel Lucent 3HE00019AB is a 7750 SR switch fabric module rated at 200 Gbit/s. The switch fabric is what moves packets between the line cards in the chassis, so its capacity sets the ceiling on what the whole router can forward regardless of how the slots are populated. Fabric modules are fitted in redundant sets and are matched to the chassis and to the generation of line cards installed, which is why the exact part number matters.

The Alcatel-Lucent 7750 Service Router is a carrier edge platform, built around a chassis holding control processors, switch fabric modules, IOM line cards with pluggable MDAs, and redundant power entry modules. The SR-7 and SR-12 chassis were widely deployed by service providers for IP and MPLS edge aggregation and the platform is still supported under Nokia, so spares for the earlier hardware generations are a routine maintenance purchase rather than a rescue.
