Newbridge 90-4671-22/J: E1 ATM cell relay interface card from the 90-4671 series for the MainStreet Xpress 36170.

The Newbridge 90-4671-22/J is an E1 ATM interface card from the 90-4671 series for the MainStreet Xpress 36170 ATM switch. Cards in this series present ATM cell relay over 2 Mbit/s E1, configurable as a user-network interface towards customer equipment or as a network-node interface towards another switch, and sister codes in the same block cover the 120 ohm balanced build and the T1 version.

The exact impedance of this variant is not stated in the sources we can check, so we will read it from the board legend before quoting rather than assume. The /J marks the hardware revision. Newbridge Networks was bought by Alcatel in February 2000 and the 36170 was afterwards sold as the Alcatel 7470 MSP. Tech-Star is UK-based and ships worldwide.
