The Intel TMLPMOUNT41 is a rack mounting kit for Intel communications rack mount servers, made to fit both two post and four post 19 inch racks. It is the bracket and rail set that carries a 1U or 2U chassis in a rack with standard EIA hole spacing.

Covering both rack types in one kit is the point of it: telecoms rooms and older equipment rooms often run two post relay racks where a data centre would use a four post cabinet. Mounting hardware is frequently missing on used chassis, because kits tend to stay with the rack when equipment is decommissioned rather than travelling with the server, and that is what keeps these in demand separately from the machines themselves.
