The Huawei 03054296 is an EGPUa board for the Huawei BSC6910 base station controller, also used in BSC6900 configurations. It is a processing and interface board in the controller subrack, part of the Gigabit-Ethernet-based processing subsystem that handles user-plane and control-plane traffic for GSM and UMTS radio access.

The EGPUa is a hot-swappable board that works alongside boards such as the SCU, DPU and SPU to deliver the controller’s radio resource management, signalling and packet processing functions.
