The Huawei 03051 is an SSN1SLQ4A 4-port STM-4 optical interface board (SLQ4A) for the OptiX OSN series SDH/MSTP transmission platforms. It receives and transmits four STM-4 optical signals at 622 Mbit/s, performing optical-to-electrical and electrical-to-optical conversion between the line and the cross-connect matrix, with SDH overhead processing and support for VC-12, VC-3 and VC-4 services.

The board is used in the OptiX OSN 1500B, OSN 2500, OSN 3500 and OSN 7500 equipment and supports SFP optical modules with linear and ring multiplex section protection and SNCP. It is a legacy component of Huawei’s SDH transmission portfolio and remains in service across carrier and enterprise networks. Available from Tech Star as new or refurbished stock.
