The Huawei SSN1D12S is a 32-channel E1/T1 electrical interface board (120 ohm) for the OptiX OSN series optical transmission platforms, including the OSN 1500, OSN 3500 and OSN 7500. It provides the access point for legacy TDM circuits, receiving and transmitting up to 32 E1 or T1 signals and mapping them into the SDH transport network. The board handles the electrical tributary interface and the associated processing that lets the OSN node carry circuit-based voice and data services alongside its optical traffic. The SSN1D12S is widely used in metropolitan and access SDH/MSTP networks built on the OptiX OSN platform. Supplied refurbished, it is a cost-effective spare for maintaining or expanding an existing OSN deployment. Pricing is available on request.
