The Allied Telesis AT-9410GB is a 10-port 10/100/1000Base-T managed Layer 2 Gigabit Ethernet switch with two front-panel GBIC expansion bays for optional fibre or additional copper uplinks. All ten fixed ports are IEEE 802.3ab Gigabit copper ports that auto-configure as MDI or MDI-X, so straight-through or crossover cabling both work without manual settings, and the two GBIC bays let the switch take on a fibre uplink to the core or a second copper Gigabit link, depending on what a given site needs.

As a managed Layer 2 switch, the AT-9410GB supports VLANs and standard switch management alongside its Gigabit port density, aimed at smaller wiring closets or workgroups that need Gigabit to the desktop or server without the cost of a larger chassis switch.
