Juniper RE-400-768-S-A, RE-400-768 Routing Engine for the M7i and M10i.

The Juniper RE-400-768-S-A is the RE-400-768 Routing Engine spare for the Juniper M7i and M10i routers. It has a 400 MHz Celeron processor and 768 MB of DRAM and runs Junos OS. The Routing Engine holds the routing tables, runs the routing protocols and manages the router. The -A suffix is the hardware revision of the board.

M7i and M10i routers fitted with the RE-400 do not ship with a CompactFlash card installed, so the hard disk is the primary boot device unless one is added.
