The base package provides the entry-level hardware configuration, with capacity and feature options added via further licensing and expansion hardware. CallPilot 201i installations remain in service at smaller Meridian 1/Option 11C sites, and a genuine replacement unit such as this one is typically needed when expanding voicemail capacity or replacing failed hardware.
