The Huawei 389201086 is an SLT1 (Subscriber Line Terminal) interface card designed to provide analogue subscriber line connections. This card enables the termination of traditional POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, bridging legacy analogue telephony services with modern broadband access infrastructure.

The SLT1 card is deployed within Huawei’s UA5000 Unified Access platform, a multi-service access network solution widely used by telecommunications operators for last-mile connectivity. It supports the delivery of voice services over copper infrastructure in DSLAM and MSAN deployments.
