IBM 00E1268: 2B57 Optenet multifunction card, 2x 1GbE and 2x 10GbE optical, for IBM 9117 Power Systems.

The IBM 00E1268 is an integrated multifunction card, CCIN 2B57, with two 1GbE ports and two 10GbE optical ports. It is known as the Optenet multifunction card and is used in IBM Power Systems servers of machine type 9117.

The card is sold by IBM as feature 1769, with FRU 00E0784, and the same card is also found under part numbers 00E1265 and 00E1508. It gives the server both Gigabit and 10 Gigabit optical network links from a single component.

Typical use is replacing a failed integrated Ethernet card in a 9117 system, so that the server keeps its original network configuration.
