The IBM 00E0938 is a PCIe LP 8Gb 2-port Fibre Channel adapter, feature code 5273, CCIN 577D, built on the Emulex LPe12002 host bus adapter chipset. It provides two 8Gb Fibre Channel ports from a single low-profile PCIe2 slot for connecting a Power Systems server to SAN storage, and is used across iSeries, AIX, VIOS and Linux hosts.
