The IBM 19P6060 is a 16-port Rack Power Control card, the board that monitors and controls power to the devices installed in an eServer or pSeries rack. Rack power control is what allows the machines in a rack to be powered up and down in an ordered sequence and their power state to be read remotely, rather than each unit being switched at its own supply. Sixteen ports covers a fully populated rack. The card is cross-referenced with part numbers 24R1056 and 19P6061, so a replacement may arrive under either.
