Nokia 474403A ASIA regional telecommunications module.

The Nokia 474403A is the ASIAA, an AirScale common plug-in unit for the Nokia AirScale System Module. It provides the system-control and common transport functions of an AirScale base station, coordinating the baseband capacity cards and handling the module’s control plane and fronthaul and backhaul interfaces. Supported from SRAN 16A onward, it slots into the AirScale System Module subrack alongside the ABIO and ABIA capacity units to form a complete 2G to 5G Single RAN baseband. The unit is designed for indoor and cabinet-based AirScale installations. Within the Nokia AirScale radio access portfolio the ASIAA is the common control and connectivity element of the system module. It is supplied refurbished as a spare or expansion plug-in unit.
