Nortel NTEU47CA: 5m duplex LC-SC cable for quad STM-1o tributary.

The Nortel NTEU47CA is a 5-metre duplex fibre optic patch cable terminated with an LC connector at one end and an SC connector at the other, supplied for use with the quad STM-1 optical (STM-1o) tributary interface on Nortel OPTera Metro and Optical Multiservice Edge (OME) optical transport platforms. Mixed LC-SC cables of this type are used where the tributary card own connector type (commonly the smaller LC) differs from the connector fitted to the associated patch panel, distribution frame or far-end equipment (commonly the larger SC), letting the two be connected without an additional adapter. Cables of this kind are a routine consumable in an optical transport installation, sized and terminated to match the specific card and rack layout in use. Specifiers should confirm the exact connector types and fibre mode required for their specific STM-1o tributary configuration before ordering. Tech-Star (UK-based, shipped worldwide) stocks Nortel optical transport accessories. Please contact our sales team for current stock and pricing.
