IBM 86G7814: Ultrastar 4.3GB 7200RPM Wide Ultra2 SCSI hard disk drive.

The IBM 86G7814 is an Ultrastar-family 4.3GB hard disk drive with a 7,200rpm spindle speed, 2MB cache and a Wide Ultra2 SCSI 68-pin interface, in a 3.5-inch form factor. It is an internal drive intended for that generation’s SCSI backplane, most often seen in IBM RS/6000 and AS/400 systems of the same vintage as the other legacy SCSI drives in our IBM storage range.
