Sonus CNA30: Single-port T3 rear adapter for the Sonus GSX9000 media gateway.

The Sonus CNA30 is a single-port T3 rear adapter for the Sonus GSX9000 media gateway. It presents the physical T3 connection at the back of the chassis for the circuit network server installed in the matching front slot. Server and adapter are specified together, so a T3 server needs the T3 adapter rather than another member of the family.

The GSX9000 is a 16-slot media gateway chassis: two slots carry redundant management network servers and the remaining fourteen take circuit or packet network server modules, each paired with a rear-panel adapter that presents the physical interfaces. Sonus merged with GENBAND in 2017 to form Ribbon Communications.
