The Allied-Telesis AT-SB4412 is a 24-port (RJ-45) Gigabit Ethernet line card built for the SwitchBlade 4000 series modular Layer 3 switch chassis. Each of its 24 ports auto-senses 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T over standard copper cabling, giving network engineers a high-density option for aggregating desktop and server connections into the SwitchBlade 4000 backplane.

The card is hot-swappable, so it can be installed or replaced without powering down the chassis, and it requires AlliedWare release 2.7.4 or later to operate correctly alongside the switch controller card. At roughly 2.4kg, it slots into either the 4-slot AT-SB4104 or 8-slot AT-SB4108 SwitchBlade 4000 chassis for flexible, incremental port expansion.
