Alcatel-Lucent 3HE08424AA 40-port 10GbE SFP+ Integrated Media Module (IMM) for the 7750 SR.

The Alcatel-Lucent 3HE08424AA is a 40-port 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ Integrated Media Module (IMM) for the Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) 7750 SR Service Router. As an IMM, it combines the forwarding complex and physical interfaces on a single card, presenting forty 10GbE ports via pluggable SFP+ optics.

The card installs in an IOM/IMM slot of the 7750 SR chassis and provides high-density 10GbE aggregation and edge connectivity, supporting the router’s Layer 2 and Layer 3 services at carrier scale. It is used by service providers and large enterprises for aggregation, data-centre interconnect and IP/MPLS edge roles.

Part of the Nokia 7750 SR portfolio, this module is still widely deployed and available on the secondary market.
