The Cisco N10-MGT005 /MGT006 is a Cisco UCS Manager software licence covering two early releases: N10-MGT005 is UCS Manager v1.3 and N10-MGT006 is UCS Manager v1.4. UCS Manager is embedded in the fabric interconnects and brings every server, chassis and network object connected to them into a single management domain.

From one interface, administrators configure service profiles, manage firmware, and monitor hardware inventory and faults across the whole domain, rather than handling each blade server on its own. The 1.x releases ran on the first-generation UCS 6100 Series Fabric Interconnects, managing B-Series blade servers in 5100 Series chassis.
