Huawei 021ARY SSN3PSXCSA super dual-plane cross-connect and timing board for the OptiX OSN 3500.

The Huawei 021ARY is an SSN3PSXCSA (N3PSXCSA), a super dual-plane cross-connect and timing board for the Huawei OptiX OSN 3500 multi-service transport platform. It grooms services across the shelf, supplies clock signals to the other boards and handles communication with and configuration of the boards in the subrack.

The N3PSXCSA also supports packet features, including MPLS-TP OAM. It fits the OSN 3500, an STM-64 level MSTP platform with 15 service slots. It is a control and cross-connect board, not an STM-1 optical interface board. This is a legacy component of Huawei’s SDH portfolio and remains in use for maintaining installed networks.
