IBM 00RR677: Memory VRM, CCIN 6B32, for Power System E870/E880/S824 (Power8) CEC.

The IBM 00RR677 is a Memory VRM (voltage regulator module), CCIN 6B32, part of the same Power8 CEC voltage-regulation family as the processor and memory-buffer VRMs fitted to IBM Power System E870, E880 and S824 servers. It regulates the DC rail feeding the memory subsystem on the central electronic complex. These VRMs are individually replaceable field parts, so a single failed memory rail regulator does not require swapping the whole CEC board. Tech-Star stocks this as a genuine pull from decommissioned Power8 hardware, suitable for restoring memory-subsystem redundancy on a matching E870, E880 or S824 installation.
