The Juniper PCG-S is a Packet Forwarding Engine (PFE) clock generator board for the Juniper M160 and M40e routers. It generates the 125 MHz system clock that is distributed to the Flexible PIC Concentrators (FPCs) and the switch fabric, and it is a hot-pluggable field-replaceable unit rather than a network interface card. This is the spare part number for the board.
