The Nokia 472849A is the FRHF, a Flexi radio frequency module (RFM) for the 2600 MHz band (Band 7). It is a multi-carrier outdoor radio unit in a 6T6R configuration that transmits and receives the air-interface signal for GSM, WCDMA and LTE services, connecting to a Flexi or AirScale baseband unit over OBSAI/CPRI optical fronthaul.

The unit uses a passively cooled cast aluminium housing with integrated heat-sink fins and an IP65 rating for outdoor tower, rooftop and mast deployment. Within the Nokia Flexi Multiradio platform the FRHF provides high-capacity 2600 MHz radio for dense urban and capacity-layer macro sites. It is supplied refurbished as an economical spare or network-expansion module.
