The Nortel NT0H57BB is recorded against the Optical Metro 5200 on our supplier data. The OM 5200, originally sold as OPTera Metro, is a DWDM transport platform with sixteen traffic carrying slots, filled with optical channel and transponder circuit packs plus the shelf processor and service channel cards that manage them. That places the platform but not the slot, so we would rather check the unit physically than describe a function it may not have.

The Optical Metro range multiplexes many client services onto a single fibre pair, with each wavelength handled by its own circuit pack.
