The HP 407295-001 is an Onboard Administrator module sleeve for HP’s BladeSystem c7000 blade enclosure, the physical bay blank or carrier sleeve that goes into the enclosure’s second OA bay when it is not populated with an active redundant Onboard Administrator module, rather than the OA module itself. Fitting the correct sleeve, rather than leaving the bay open, is part of maintaining the enclosure’s designed airflow, since an open bay disrupts the front-to-back cooling path the c7000’s fan modules are engineered around.
