The IBM 03N5707 is a 1.9GHz 2-Way POWER5 CUoD (Capacity Upgrade on Demand) processor card used in the 9117-570 pSeries and 9406-570 System i platform. The two POWER5 processors on the card share 1.9MB of L2 cache and 36MB of L3 cache, and CUoD cards of this generation ship with some processor capacity inactive until it is licensed and activated on demand, letting a customer scale compute capacity up without a physical hardware swap.
