The IBM 46K3727 is a 3.0m PCIe x16 cable using Molex iPass connectors, one length in a sequential family that also includes the 2.0m (46K3725), 2.5m (46K3726) and 3.5m (46K3728) versions. It carries a PCIe x16 link between a server and a PCIe expansion drawer or riser over a mid-length run, used where the shorter 2.0m/2.5m cables do not reach but the full 3.5m length is not required.
