The 3Com Switch 5500G-EI 24-Port (3CR17250-91) brings Gigabit-to-the-desk connectivity with 20 fixed 10/100/1000 ports and 4 dual-personality ports that run as either 10/100/1000 copper or Gigabit SFP fibre.

The 10/100/1000 ports support Power over Ethernet, and the switch runs 3Com’s XRN stacking technology at 48 Gbps stacking bandwidth (96 Gbps full duplex), plus RIP and OSPF Layer 3 routing and an expansion slot for additional Gigabit or 10-Gigabit uplinks.
