The 3Com Switch 5500G-EI 24-Port SFP (3CR17258-91) is the all-fibre variant of the 5500G-EI range, providing 20 Gigabit SFP ports plus 4 dual-personality 10/100/1000 or SFP ports for uplinks and stacking.

The switch offers up to 192 Gbps of switching capacity, the same OSPF and RIP Layer 3 routing and Layer 2-4 QoS as the copper 5500G-EI models, and 3Com XRN stacking at 48 Gbps bandwidth, with an expansion slot for further Gigabit or 10-Gigabit connectivity.
