The 3Com Wireless LAN Managed Access Point 3750 (3CRWX375075A), also known as the AP3750, is a controller-managed access point providing IEEE 802.11a and 802.11b/g wireless access at up to 54 Mbps. Unlike a standalone AP, it is designed to be centrally managed by a 3Com Wireless LAN Controller such as the WX2200, rather than configured independently.

It connects over two 10/100 Ethernet ports and is powered by Power over Ethernet, either 802.3af PoE or a 3Com-approved injector, so no separate power supply is needed at the mounting point. Two internal diversity antennas cover both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and security includes WPA, WPA2, TKIP, AES and WEP.

The AP3750 suits offices already running a 3Com/HP wireless controller that need additional dual-band coverage without adding standalone, independently-managed access points.
