The Brocade RPS13 is a power supply / redundant power module for Brocade/Foundry switching and SAN platforms. It installs into a dedicated power bay and converts mains AC or facility DC input into the regulated internal voltages the chassis requires, and is typically deployed alongside additional units for N+1 redundancy. This is a hot-swappable field-replaceable unit, allowing a failed or end-of-life supply to be replaced without powering down the host system.
