Cisco C3KX-PS-BLANK enterprise networking (routers/Catalyst switches) Power Supply

The Cisco C3KX-PS-BLANK is a power supply bay blank for the Cisco Catalyst 3750-X and 3560-X switch families, fitted into an empty power supply slot to maintain the chassis’s designed airflow path when only one power supply is installed rather than the full redundant pair. Running a 3K-X switch with an open, uncovered power bay allows air to bypass the internal components it is meant to cool, which can raise operating temperatures across the rest of the chassis. This is a simple mechanical cover with no electronics, and fitting it takes seconds without powering down the switch. Tech-Star, based in the UK and shipping worldwide, keeps a stock of Catalyst spares including this blank.
