The Enterasys A4H124-24 is a SecureStack A-Series fixed switch, providing 24 10/100 ports, two SFP ports and two 10/100/1000 stacking/uplink RJ45 ports, with support for an external redundant power supply. The A-Series was Enterasys’s entry-level stackable switch line, and the “A4H124-24” model number is Enterasys’s own A-Series numbering. Enterasys was acquired by Extreme Networks in 2013 and the SecureStack line was retired, so stacks still in service are extended and repaired with refurbished units rather than new stock.
