Extreme Networks 10912 Summit/Alpine/BlackDiamond switching Power Supply

The Extreme Networks 10912 is an EPS-C external redundant power system chassis, the carrier chassis for Extreme Networks external redundant power, holding up to three EPS-600LS power modules. It ships with a dedicated redundant power cable that connects the chassis to the redundant power input on the back of a Summit X450e-48p or X250e-48p switch, giving the switch a second, independent power path outside its own chassis. The EPS-C is the housing rather than the power module itself (the EPS-600LS, sold separately as part 10913, fits inside it). Fitting one is the standard way to add power redundancy to a Summit switch that was not ordered with it, or to replace a failed carrier on a site that already has one. It is worth checking the exact revision fitted before ordering, since equipment of this age was often built and re-spun across several hardware revisions during its production life.
