The IBM 00E1851 is a single-port 10Gb Ethernet-SR network adapter, sold by IBM as feature 5769. It uses a PCI Express 2.0 x8 host interface and a short-range optical fibre port with an LC connector.

The adapter is an enterprise-class card for IBM Power Systems servers, giving a 10 Gigabit link for high-bandwidth applications. The same feature 5769 adapter is also found under other IBM part numbers, including 00E0839.

Typical use is adding a 10Gb fibre connection to an existing server, or replacing a failed adapter like for like so that network settings carry straight over.
