The Netgear NFS105 is a five port 10/100 unmanaged Ethernet switch in Netgear’s slimline case, a small fanless unit intended to sit on a desk or shelf and split a single network drop into five.

All five ports auto-negotiate between 10 and 100Mbps and between half and full duplex, and there is nothing to configure: the switch learns MAC addresses and forwards as soon as power is applied from its external adapter.
