Netgear GSM7324: ProSafe 24-port 10/100/1000 Layer 3 managed switch.

The Netgear GSM7324 is a ProSafe 24 port gigabit Layer 3 managed switch, the routing member of the GSM7000 family.

Where the Layer 2 GSM7224 forwards between ports, the GSM7324 routes between VLANs in hardware using static routes, RIP and OSPF, with VRRP for gateway redundancy and DHCP relay, which lets a segmented site run without a separate internal router. All 24 ports are 10/100/1000, four of them shared with SFP slots for fibre uplinks, and the switch supports 802.1x authentication, access control lists, quality of service and SNMP from a web interface or command line.

It fits 1U and is a common core switch in buildings cabled for gigabit copper, where the routing is done at the same box that aggregates the edge.
