The Extreme Networks 10917 is a genuine hot-swappable redundant 450W AC power supply module for Summit X480-series switches, compatible with the Summit X480-24x, X480-48x and X480-48t models (90-264V AC input, 3.3V/12V DC outputs). In a redundant configuration, two of these supplies load-share and either can be removed without interrupting switch operation. Genuine power supplies such as this one are a routine requirement for restoring power redundancy after a failure or adding it to an existing single-PSU X480 deployment.
