The Polycom 2200-16000-107 is a SoundStation2 analogue conference phone, the full duplex speakerphone that became the default for small and medium meeting rooms. Three microphones arranged around the unit give roughly a three metre pickup radius, and Polycom Acoustic Clarity processing allows both ends to speak at once without the clipping half duplex units produce.

It connects to an ordinary analogue telephone line or an analogue extension on a PBX, so it needs no VoIP infrastructure. A 2200 prefix on a Polycom part number denotes the complete kit including power supply and cabling rather than the console alone, and the trailing 107 identifies a regional variant; we confirm the exact configuration and mains lead on the unit before despatch.
