Enterasys 1H-16TX, a 16-port 10/100 expansion module for Matrix E1 switches.

The Enterasys 1H-16TX is a 16-port 10/100 uplink expansion module for the Matrix E1 Workgroup Switch (WS) and Gigabit Workgroup Switch (GWS) families. It adds sixteen fixed 10Base-T/100Base-TX ports over RJ-45 twisted-pair cabling to a base Matrix E1 switch.

Fitting into the base switch’s expansion bay, the 1H-16TX significantly increases the number of 10/100 edge ports available from a single Matrix E1 chassis. As with other Matrix E1 expansion modules, it is not hot-swappable and the switch must be powered down before installation or removal.
