Crossbeam Systems was a network security company based in Boxborough, Massachusetts, whose X-Series chassis ran third-party firewall and threat software, most often Check Point, on blade-style processor modules for carriers and large enterprises. Blue Coat acquired Crossbeam at the end of 2012. Hardware from before then is badged Crossbeam and is listed here under the name on the label.
