WTD

WTD, Wuhan Telecommunication Devices, was a Chinese maker of optical components and transceiver modules. It was merged into Accelink Technologies in 2012; modules from before then are marked WTD and are listed here under the name on the label. Tech-Star supplies new and refurbished WTD optical transceivers, principally SFP modules carrying RTXM part numbers for 155 Mbit/s and 622 Mbit/s single mode links. These modules were fitted in large numbers to carrier transmission and access equipment, so a replacement has to match the number printed on the label.
