Quantum

Quantum Corporation was founded in California in 1980 and made hard drives, including the Atlas range of SCSI server drives, before moving into tape and data storage. Quantum’s hard drive business merged into Maxtor in April 2001, and Maxtor carried the Atlas line on. Drives from before then are badged Quantum and are listed here under the name on the label.
