FSP Group

FSP Group was founded in Taiwan in April 1993 and takes its name from the three businesses behind it, Fortron/Source, Sparkle Power and Powertech Systems. It began in contract manufacturing of computer power supplies, worked with Intel on the ATX power supply specification, listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002 and now builds power for industrial, server, medical, telecommunications and renewable energy equipment. A large part of its output is supplied to equipment makers and badged with their part numbers rather than its own.
